Kimihiro Watanuki, a high school student who can see “ayakashi" spirits, meets Yuuko Ichihara, the owner of a shop. Yuuko says she can “grant any wish." However, she says there is a “corresponding price equivalent to the value of the wish." As an “equivalent price" for losing his ability to see the spirits (which he does not want to see), he is forced to work part-time at the shop.

The center of the front of the T-shirt is printed with a design of the “Mokona Modoki" created by Yuuko.
